Dr. Begum Rokshana Mili is a Professor in the department of Politics and Public Administration, Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh.
She received her Honors and Masters in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka and earned PhD from Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh.
She is co-author of few books and has contributed a number of research articles in various reputed national and international journals. She regularly teaches public administration and other related courses.
